Shipping information:

Precise shipping charges can be calculated on each product page for the 48 lower American states to a Business address with a loading dock or forklift. Residential services/lift gate can be added for additional charges of 50.00$.

All buyers must provide their contact phone number so that the carrier may contact you for the delivery.

We ship to all locations in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe, South America & Caribbean.

For overseas shipments we can only ship to the nearest sea port that services you. You will be responsible for taxes, duty, customs clearance and shipping out of the port.

 

  Transit Time:

Standard shipping takes up 4-7 business days and might be a bit longer in some rural areas.

Shipping by Ocean takes 5 to 7 weeks for International shipments, your order will not be shipped if we do not have a valid email address and telephone number.

 

  Tracking Number:

A valid tracking number will be emailed after shipping. Additionally, we will do our best to provide you with actual item pictures of your package as it is being shipped so that you may refer to its condition and so that we can maintain quality service throughout the entire process.

 

  Delivery Schedule:

The shipping carrier delivers from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

  When receiving your order:

In the unlikely event that a item is damaged or missing in shipping, please make sure to inspect your item before you sign for it. If you should receive parts damaged by the shipping carrier, you must call Jdm Tennessee Engine Imports Inc. at 1-(844) -413-0040 within 24 hours or a claim can NOT be filed.
